Coaching with Delia
Service provider
I am Delia McNair-Lauret, an independent career coach operating under the name Coaching with Delia, providing (career) coaching services. Registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under 94764212 and VAT identification number NL005108402B30. I am responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement.
Client
Any individual or organization that enters into an agreement with the Service Provider to receive coaching services.
What data do I store?
During our coaching engagement, I retain the following information:
Assignments and worksheets shared with the Client via Google Drive
Handwritten notes on printed copies of the Client's answers
How long do I keep the data?
Coaching materials are retained for a maximum of 12 months after the conclusion of the engagement. This allows the Service Provider to refer back to notes and assignments should the Client have any questions or wish to reflect on their coaching trajectory after the engagement has ended. After this period, digital files are permanently deleted from Google Drive and physical documents (printed copies with handwritten notes) are securely shredded.
What are your rights?
The Client has the right to:
Request access to the personal data held about them
Request correction or deletion of their data, including before the retention period expires
Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

Sharing with third parties
Client data is not shared with third parties, unless required to do so by law.
Security
Digital files are stored in Google Drive, secured with two-factor authentication. Physical documents are kept in a locked space and securely shredded at the end of the retention period.
